Q: How long does it take to recieve a custom surboard?
A: Custom boards are completed in less than 3 weeks.  Ground shipping typically runs another 5 business days after that.  For rush orders please call us at 310.715.2714 or email at info@aftermathsurfboards.com.

Q: I want a custom board but am not sure what size or model to choose.  Can you help?
A: That is what we are here for.  Drop Ian a line either at 310.715.2714 or send an email to ian@aftermathsurfboards.com and he'll put you on the right board for your needs.  Afterward we can take your order over the phone or you can place your order online.

Q: Do you have stock surfboards?
A: Yes. We always have a stock of our most popular boards on hand.  Stock boards ship out the same day.

Q: Are your surfboards made overseas?
A: Absolutely not. All Aftermath surfboards are cut using cutting edge 3DM machines then hand shaped by Ian Wright and 100% MADE IN CALIFORNIA at the Aftermath factory.  If you are in the area feel free to stop by and tour the factory.

Q: How are you able to charge less than the local shops?
A: Simple.  Most shops mark up their prices at least $100-$200 over the wholesale cost of the board.  By eliminating the middle man we are able to pass the savings directly to the surfer.  In an envioronment where material costs continue to go through the roof we beleive in keeping prices down as best we can.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Shipping is via ground carrier based on geographical region.  You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.  However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.  Please keep in mind that shipping surfboards cross country is not cheap.  We don't make any money off shipping rates and are giving you our lowest rate possible.

Q: Can I pick up my board at the factory?
A: Absolutely.  Pick up your board at the factory for no charge.
